Welcome to Book Melbourne Cabs. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they explain the responsibilities of both the customer and Book Melbourne Cabs.

1. General
Book Melbourne Cabs provides transportation services including Airport Transfer, Corporate Transfer, Hotel Transfer, Events Transfer, Parcel Delivery, and Wedding Transfer.

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if necessary.

2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or through our support team.

Full payment or pre-authorization may be required at the time of booking.

Prices are provided in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of travel may incur a cancellation fee.

In the event Book Melbourne Cabs cannot provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time. Waiting time may apply if the passenger is delayed.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they provide correct booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in additional charges.

5. Parcel Delivery Service
Book Melbourne Cabs will take reasonable care in handling and delivering parcels.

We are not liable for loss or damage of items if they are not properly packed, labeled, or declared.

6. Liability
Book Melbourne Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.

While we make every effort to provide timely service, we cannot guarantee arrival times in all cases.

7. Conduct and Safety
For the comfort and safety of all, smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in vehicles.

Book Melbourne Cabs drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.

8. Amendments
Book Melbourne Cabs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.
